There will be a meeting next Monday night, December 14th 2009 held for all parent(s) or guardian(s) of the members of the Venture Scout section.
The meeting is being held to discuss the possibility of a Venture Scout activity that is proposed to go ahead in early January 2010. The activity would involve using the scout den as a residential setting for the Venture Scout group to conduct an exercise in independent living.
It is hoped that the feasibility and suitability can be discussed at the meeting, which will run from 9.30PM to 10PM to coincide with the end of the regular Venture Scout meeting.
